Nice hotel with great amenities like 24-hour reception, laundry service, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me find my lost bracelet, which I'll always remember. I recommend their cute drinks upon check-in.

Air Conditioning

Exquisite and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were competent, and it had good location to the main station from the airport. Everything here was nice, we would have extended the stay.

The location is great, near Louize Sq., the tram, and the (...expensive) shopping area. The room was spaceous, with big TV set (if needed) and good quality furniture and rags. It had a bath tab as well as a shower, while the toilet bowl was in a seperate smaller room. We received a free upgrade due to vacancy, which was very appreciated. Much, much cheaper to book for the weekends, the rates fly through the roof in weekdays.

Extra services (telephone, breakfast, internet, mini bar) were too expensive, beyond reason.

The breakfast offered a wide variety, with fresh and tasty options to start the day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice view, made for a relaxing atmosphere after a long day.

The noise from the street was a bit disruptive at night.

It's a long way from the center

Spacious and well Equipped Room. Excellent Sound insulation from outside traffic noise. Tea and Coffee making facilities. Separate Toilet. Buffet breakfast was extensive and well prepared. Everything worked properly!

The cozy bar area was good, while the room amenities were lacking.

We were very lucky as we were gived suit-class rooms, very large and with a sunny terrace. Ideal for a short trip in Bruxelles, close to the metro and in a shopping avenue.

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. There has excellent condition to refresh yourself in trip. The room is very big, has seperated toilet, good lcd monitor, and even comfort sofa. Specially, bath and toilet condition is absolutely fantastic.

staff were not always helpful or friendly. our room did not have much wardrobe space and the heating didnt work -it was freezing and we had to move rooms the next day -which was not ideal.
